VL done: 4 ÷14×100 = 28.57%
VL not done: 10÷ 14 × 100 = 71.4%

Indicator 10: Percentage of
people in HIV care (including
PMTCT) who were screened for
active TB disease
 39
patients came in for the follow-up
39 ÷ 39 × 100 = 100%
... According to the ePMS (this mainly just
focused on room 1; we still have uncaptured files in other consulting rooms).
Indicator 11: Percentage of
people newly initiated on ART
who are started on TB
preventive therapy (TPT)
7
patients initiated on ART
 1 patient wasn’t ready to start
7 ÷ 8 × 100 = 88%
Indicator 12:Total number of
males (10-29 years old)
circumcised as part of the
voluntary medical male
circumcision (VMMC) for HIV
prevention program
 Not
applicable.
Indicator 13: Percentage of
women attending ANC services
who were tested for syphilis
and received results.
 RPR done = 80
 RPR positive = 1
 RPR negative = 79
 Total tested = 80
= 80 ÷ 80 ×100
= 100%
Achievements
 Most VL
results are documented in PCB
 Lost to follow-up patients are mostly
contacted
 Test and treat is done the same day; and
all screed for TB and put on TPT
Shortcomings
 Still
a lot of untouched (not captured)
files in consulting rooms
 Lost patients aren’t really the true
reflection
 Transferred out without being
documented on ePMS
