❖ Animals have many different ways to move. For examples:
❖ Joints: the part of the body
where bones meet.
❖ Muscles: the parts of the body
that power movement.
Growth: is process of increasing in size.
❖ Examples of living things that grow:
A. Human: has babies and takes about 18 years to grow to adult size.
B. Horse: his new-born is called a foal and takes 4 years to grow to be an adult
horse.
C. Plants: start as tiny seeds. a seed can grow into a huge tree.
