SETTING UP FOR ‘LIVE IT’
Tuesday 8th
-rigged overheads and front of house lights
(DMX cable- for information/data, e.g colour, brightness- controls the slimpars and movers)
-all daisychained together so we don’t have to use loads of cables
-bungee- things to clean up cables also can use LX tape
-focussed overheads and foh lights
Wednesday 9th
-Brought in truss equipment, attached them together using wooden hammers to smack
them in
-also brought in motors, plugged motors into big power thing
-went to the grid and used the sling things (don’t remember what they called) and the
horseshoe thing and attached that and attached the metal clip for the motor bit onto the
shackle thing
-use the pickle to move motors up and down
Thursday 10th/ Friday 11th
-rigged LX onto truss
-moved truss
-focus LX on truss
-whatever tht means
