This serves to advise you that according to the Cargo Manifest recd by our counter part which has consigned to you. You''r
therefore advised to collect our delivery order in exchange for the original B/L,duly endorsed, along with copy of shipper`s
C/I.You are also advised to please note following in your own interest and smooth delivery of Cargo/Cont.:1)All CY/CY and
FCL/FCL (SHIPPERS LOAD STOW AND COUNT) cont. will not be de-stuffed for 30 days as stipulated under KPT circular
No.T/SA/CONT (151) 5910 dated 13th October, 1997. All CFS cont.whether (LCL or FCL) will be destuffed immd.after
discharge from Vessel. DG Cont. will not be detained and the same will be de-stuffed as per KPT circular.2)CNEE who
desire to destuff their CY/CY and FCL/FCL cont. are requested to send their request on CompanyVariable format on their
original letter head with one photocopy at least 24 working hours prior to arrival of the vessel, the request received thereafter
will be subject destuffing position of the CFS cont. of vsl and on payment of all additional cost(s).
3)All CY/CY and FCL/FCL (SHIPPERS LOAD STOW AND COUNT) cont. will be destuffed in KPT shed/storage areas after
the expiry of 30 days period at cnee''s risk and cost.The cnee will be liable for payment of cont.detention charges as per tariff
after 10 days free time.They will also be liable for all KPT charges & dues as per KPT schedule of charges.
For DG Cgo:- Before delivery of Empty DG cargo cont.in cont.parking yard please remove/ALL D.G.LABELS and wash the
cont. properly.4) Survey: Written application for survey of cargo in damaged/doubtful condition must be submitted to our
office within 3 days of destuffing Destuff Variable KHI will hold no survey once the cargo has been removed from the landing
place.
5) All payment will be accepted only against PAY ORDER to obtain Delivery Order.
Note : Pay Order will be in favour of Advance Cargo & Shipping., not accepted Cash & Cheque
After Five (05) days from vessel arrival Rs : 1000/- will charged per B/L for Late Pick D/O.
After Five (10) days from vessel arrival Rs : 2000/- will charged per B/L for Late Pick D/O.
After Five (15) days from vessel arrival Rs : 5000/- will charged per B/L for Late Pick D/O.
After Five (31) days from vessel arrival Rs : 15,000/- will charged per B/L for Late Pick D/O.
