Specifications
Exterior bottom shall be heavy-gauge galvanized
metal. Exterior ends shall be heavy-gauge stainless
steel. Exterior top shall be one-piece, heavy-gauge
stainless steel with front edge turned down to form
nosing and rear edge turned down.
Base interior shall be one-piece thermoformed ABS
plastic material, with integral shelf supports. ABS
interior is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Base
shall be fully insulated with high-density foamedin-place environmentally friendly, Kyoto Protocol
Compliant, Non ODP (Ozone Depletion Potential), Non
GWP (Global Warming Potential) polyurethane.
Door shall have a heavy-gauge stainless steel exterior,
with a thermoformed ABS plastic interior liner,
and shall be fully insulated with foamed-in-place
polyurethane. Door handle shall be black, recessed
ABS. Cabinet shall have (2) adjustable epoxy-coated
wire shelves installed.

Refrigeration system shall use R290 refrigerant.
Compressor shall be 1/5 h.p., with condenser coil and
hot gas condensate evaporator mounted on rear of
cabinet. Evaporator coil and temperature control shall
be mounted on the interior rear wall of the cabinet.
Refrigerant flow shall be controlled by a capillary tube.
Cabinet shall maintain 36°F to 40°F (2°C to 4°C) interior
cabinet temperature.
Electrical connections shall be 115 volt, 60 Hertz,
single phase. Unit shall have a 6’ (1.8m) long electrical
cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. Cord and plug shall be
located on rear of cabinet, 16” (40.6cm) above floor, 5”
from the left side.
Equipment is shipped with 2” (5cm) diameter casters
installed.

CAUTION - Improper electrical installation
will damage electronic components
1. An electrician must provide electrical
service as specified.
2. Using a voltmeter, check the voltage and
color coding of each conductor at the
electrical source.
3. Remove the front panel beneath
the sprayheads.
4. Feed the cord through the strain relief
and connect it to the terminal block.
5. Connect the brewer to the power source
and verify the voltage at the terminal block
before proceeding. Replace the front panel.
6. If plumbing is to be hooked up later, be
sure the brewer is disconnected from the
power source. If plumbing has been
hooked up, the brewer is ready for
initial set-up.
PLUMBING REQUIREMENTS - This brewer
must be connected to a cold water system with
operating pressure between 20 and 90 psi (138
and 620 kPa) from a 1/2” or larger supply line.
A shut-off valve should be installed in the line
before the brewer. Install a regulator in the line
when pressure is greater than 90 psi (620 kPa)
to reduce it to 50 psi (345 kPa). The water inlet
fitting is 1/4” flare or female quick connect.
PLUMBING HOOK-UP
1. Flush the water line and securely attach
it to the flare fitting located on bottom
of brewer.
NOTE - Bunn-O-Matic recommends 1/4”
copper tubing for installations of less than
25 feet (7.62 M) and 3/8” for more than 25 feet
(7.62 M) from the 1/2” water supply line. A
tight coil of copper tubing in the water line will
facilitate moving the brewer to clean the counter top. Bunn-O-Matic does not recommend
the use of a saddle valve to install the brewer.
The size and shape of the hole made in the
supply line by this type of device may restrict
water flow. This equipment must be installed
to comply with the Basic Plumbing Code of
the Building Officials and Code Administrators
International, Inc. (BOCA) and the Food
Service Sanitation Manual of the Food and
Drug Administration (FDA).

Construction:
Stainless steel tank-type soap dispensers have 40-fl oz. (1.2-L) capacity. Units are easily filled from top through locked opening.
Satin-finished 22-gauge (.759mm) tanks are welded to stainless steel backs. Unit has concealed backplate and sight level
indicator. Valve is black molded plastic push button with antibacterial-soap-resistant plastic cylinder and stainless steel spring.
Capacity:
40-fl oz. (1.2-L) of liquid lotion soaps, synthetic detergents and antiseptic solutions. Non-removable filler cap at top of unit is
keyed to resist vandalism.
INSTALLATION:
Mount wallplate flat side against wall surface with 3- #7 x 3/4" (19mm) panhead zinc plated steel screws provided. Unlock filler
cap. Back off machine screw which goes through back panel of unit. Slip dispenser over wall plate and tighten machine screw
until secure.
Overall Dimensions:
8-1/4" W x 4-3/4" H x 3" D (210 x 121 x 76mm) valve projects 7/8" (22mm).
Ada Guide:
Mounting location for push button dispensers are 44" (1118mm) maximum above the finish floor. Push buttons and pistons
should be operable with one hand and without tight grasping, pinching, or twisting of the wrist. Activation of soap valves should
not require more than 5 pounds of force when unit is completely filled.
Notes:
Wood blocking is preferable behind all wall surfaces. If wood blocking is not available, the following fasteners are suggested:

Specifications
Exterior top shall be one-piece, 22-gauge stainless steel with
front edge turned down to form nosing and rear edge turned
down.
Exterior back and bottom shall be one piece 24-gauge
galvanized metal. Exterior ends shall be 22-gauge stainless
steel.
Base interior shall be one-piece thermoformed ABS plastic
material. Base shall be fully insulated with high-density
foamed-in-place environmentally friendly, Kyoto Protocol
Compliant, non ODP (ozone depletion potential), non GWP
(global warming potential) polyurethane.
Door shall have a 22-gauge stainless steel exterior, with a
thermoformed ABS plastic interior liner, and shall be fully
insulated with foamed-in-place environmentally friendly, Kyoto
Protocol Compliant, non ODP (ozone depletion potential), non
GWP (global warming potential) polyurethane. Door handle
shall be black, recessed ABS. Cabinet shall have stainless steel
wire rack. Field reversible door.

Refrigeration system shall use R290 refrigerant. Compressor
shall be 1/5 h.p., with condenser coil and hot gas condensate
evaporator mounted on rear of cabinet. Evaporator coil and
temperature control shall be mounted on the interior rear
wall of the cabinet. Refrigerant flow shall be controlled by
a capillary tube. Cabinet shall maintain 36°F to 40°F (2°C to
4°C) interior cabinet temperature. NSF7 certified for open and
packaged food.
Electrical connections shall be 115 volt, 60 Hertz, single
phase. Unit shall have a 6’ (1.8m) long electrical cord and
NEMA 5-15P plug. Cord and plug shall be located on rear of
cabinet, 16” (41cm) above floor, 5” from the left side.
Casters: Equipment is mounted on 2.00” (5cm) diameter swivel
front locking plate casters. Rear casters are fixed. Equipment
clearance above the floor is 2.50” (6cm).
Installation: Unit will arrive in a 30.5”x29.5”x40.25” package.

ASSEMBLY STEPS
1. Place two Cross Connector Tubes on floor approximately 13” apart.
NOTE: Flush side of tube and square collar should be on the floor.
2. Place top end of Side Pan Tray assembly into the cross connector tube assembly collars.
(Top of assembly has plastic caps in tube)
Slide rails should face in towards Cross Tube.
3. Insert 5/16” x 1 5/8” bolt through aligned holes in collars and tube from the outside of collar
towards the middle of the assembly and thread lock nut onto both bolts

4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 on opposite end using the 2nd side pan tray assembly.
5. Place cross tubes 3 & 4 onto both side pan tray assemblies with the flush side of the Cross Tube up.

6. Place the casters into the square tubes with the cross member in place with holes in caster stem
facing the same direction as holes in side panel tube. Align holes in cross tube collar, caster stem,
and pan tray side. Insert 5/16” x 1 5/8” bolt from the outside of collar towards the middle of the
side assembly and hand tighten nylon insert lock nut onto bolt.
7. Place Middle Pan Tray assembly between cross tubes and align threaded inserts with thru holes in
the center of the Cross Tube assembly
8. Insert 5/16 x 1 5/8” bolt into insert and hand tighten.

9. Tighten all bolts using hex wrench.
10. Carefully turn assembly over and place the unit on the previously installed casters. Hold Middle Pan
Tray section in place to prevent damage.
11. Align the threaded inserts in the Middle Pan tray with through holes in the center of the Cross Tube
assembly
12. Insert5/16” x 1 5/8” bolt into insert and tighten.

13. Insert Poly Side Panels from top between tray runners and square cross tubes on each end. Side
panels will rest on caster flanges
14. Place Tray Guard straps on the back of the cart by putting u-channel end of the strap over bottom
Cross Tube in the middle of the tray openings.

15. Slowly place Poly Top onto the cart. The cutouts in the top need to align with a) the bolt heads in
the middle of the Cross Tube and b) the Tray Guards.
16. Once in place, attach top to the frame using included Z-brackets in 4 locations using Euro Screws
17. Attach LH and RH lower shelf brackets to side poly side solid shelves using ½” Euro screws. Attach LH
and RH upper shelf brackets to one solid shelf and one shelf with cutout using ½” Euro Screws.
18. Attach Upper side shelf brackets/shelves into place using sheet metal screws and predrilled holes in
Side Pan Tray vertical tubes.

19. Attach Lower side shelf assemblies by placing shelf bracket hanger over side panel assembly flat bar.
Hook area will fit between side plastic sheet and flat aluminum flat bar in Side Pan Tray vertical
tubes.
Unit is ready for use.

Step 1: Neatly layout the contents of the box on a work surface. Confirm that all required
parts are present.
Step 2: SET THE ASSEMBLY TOOLS TO SIDE. Tools are not required until (step 13).
Step 3: Turn frames upside down, so that the open post is at the top.
(Note: The top of the frame has plastic caps, while the bottom is open.)
Step 4: Take the two of the cross bars and slip over the bottom posts of the frame. Making
sure the holes line up.

Step 5: Insert a caster into each bottom post. Make sure the hole in the caster lines up with
the holes in each of the bottom posts and cross bars.
Step 6: Insert a bolt through the holes in the bottom post, cross bar and caster and attach a
lock nut by hand. DO NOT USE THE ASSEMBLY TOOL AT THIS TIME.

Step 7: Turn the cart over. (Casters should now touch the ground)
Step 8: Take the two of the cross bars and slip over the top posts of the frame. Making sure
the holes line up.
Step 9: Insert a bolt through each top post and cross bar and attach a lock nut by hand. DO
NOT USE THE ASSEMBLY TOOL AT THIS TIME.

Step 10: Insert Middle Cross Bars. Line these up with the holes in the center of cart.
Step 11: Insert (4) Bolts in the (4) Channel Braces
Step 12: Place a Bolt and Channel Brace into each of side of the Middle Cross Bars and tighten
by hand. DO NOT USE THE ASSEMBLY TOOL AT THIS TIME.

Step 13: Gather the assembly tools. You may now use the tools. Tighten each of the (12)
Bolts using one wrench to hold the nut and the other to turn the bolt. Turn the wrench
clockwise to tighten.

GLASS-LINED TANK - Thirteen sizes; 6 thru 119 gallon capacity. Tank interior is coated with
glass specially designed by A. O. Smith for water heater use.
ELEMENTS - Zinc plated copper sheaths for longer life. Medium watt density means lower surface
temperature to minimize scale build-up and more surface to heat water. Element sizes from 1.5 to 6 KW.
Maximum input 12 KW (see chart on back).
STANDARD VOLTAGES - 120, 277 single phase and 208, 240 and 480V unbalanced three-phase
delta; easily converted to single-phase at terminal block (except 208V with 6000 watt elements).

The water heaters(s) shall be Dura-Power Model(s) No.
as manufactured by A. O. SMITH or an approved equal. Heater(s) shall be rated

volts,
phase, 60 cycle AC, and listed by Underwriters’ Laboratories. Models shall meet or exceed the standby loss requirements of the U.S. Department
of energy and current edition of ASHRAE/IESNA 90.1. Tank(s) shall be
gallon capacity. Heater(s) shall have 150 psi working pressure and be equipped with extruded high
density anode rod. All steel by firing at a temperature range of 1600°F. Electric heating elements shall be medium watt density with zinc plated copper sheath. Each element shall
be controlled by an individually mounted thermostat and high temperature cutoff switch. The outer jacket shall be of backed enamel finish and shall be provided with full size
control compartment for performance of service and maintenance through hinged front panels and shall enclose the tank with foam insulation. Electrical junction box with heavy
duty terminal block shall be provided (except on 120V & 277V {no junction box on DEL-6 thru 20}). The drain value shall be located in the front for ease of servicing. Heater tank
shall have a three year limited warranty as outlined in the written warranty. Fully illustrated instruction manual to be included.

APPLICATION/SIZING
To insure adequate flow and pressure to the water
using equipment, do not reduce piping/tubing size
between storage tank and distribution plumbing
Drain tank and check storage tank pre-charge
pressure on an annual basis. As pre-charge pressure
varies, so does stored water volume and useable
pressure
• Lower pre-charge pressures allow the
storage tank to accept more water, but
pressure drops rapidly as water is drawn
• Higher pre-charge pressures allow the
storage tank to accept less water, but
pressure drops slowly as water is drawn
For storing and dispensing RO/High Purity
water in foodservice applications
Piping/tubing size from the RO unit to the
storage tank can be smaller than the distribution
piping/tubing from the storage tank to the water
using equipment
The product water tubing/piping and associated
fittings connecting the RO product outlet to the
storage tank and equipment being serviced should
be suitable for use with high purity water
Select a location capable of supporting the normal
operating weight of the tank with a safety factor of
at least 1.5. This will insure adequate tank support
in the unlikely event pre-charge pressure is lost
Rapid on-off cycling of RO system may indicate
insufficient pre-charge pressure
Sanitize storage tank on an annual basis
Usable capacity will vary based on tank size,
pre‑charge pressure and RO system on‑off
pressure setting. The data shown below is one

Make sure to properly lubricate O-ring prior to

Replace EC210 cartridge when dirt has penetrated
through to the inner core of the cartridge
High sediment areas

Low Lead Wall Mount Faucet to be Encore KL45-1000-SC4
in the following configuration:
Faucet body to be constructed of polished chrome plated brass with total
lead content less than 0.25% by weighted average. Handles to be 4” wrist
blade and incorporated with SANIGUARD treatment. Supply inlets to be 4”
on center. Valves to be 1/4-turn compression with integral check valve to
prevent cross-flow and back-flow. Spout to be swivel gooseneck style with
leak proof double O-ring seal design. Color coded temperature indexes shall
meet international standards. 0.5gpm PCA spray aerator @ 60psi standard
with full flow stream bubbler screen spout tip.
