All questions need a lead in that sets the stage of when and where the question takes place. Also if there are terms that are not in the CED but are essential to answer the question you need to define the term. Each letter may have only one task verb: identify, describe, explain, compare, define. If you use a source the student must use the source at least once to answer a question. 2 stimulus one question must be compared. Questions should have a unit focus but cross into one other unit.
