HONORS BIOLOGY II MICROBIOLOGY/GENETICS/IMMUNOLOGY 3026/J3026Y Biology II is an advanced laboratory, field, and literature investigation-based course. Students enrolled in Biology II examine in greater depth the structures, functions, and processes of living organisms with a focus on microorganisms and their interactions with humans from a medical perspective. Students also analyze and describe the relationship of microorganisms to the world in which they live including practical experience with specialized equipment and laboratory techniques.
