Determine the type of compensation data that will be tracked
Is there a plan to track base salary in the application?
Is there plan to track adhoc bonus in the application?
Is there a plan to track any kind of allowances (housing,
car…)?
Is there a plan to track contributions and deductions (for
integration with payroll system)?
What other compensation data should be tracked in the
application?
