Students will create review poster for one of the following 14 Supreme Court
Cases in an effort to see how judicial review (est. with Marbury v. Madison)
shapes the laws of our country.

2. Major arguments of plaintiff and defendant.
3. A short list of the group’s goals.
4. Quote (with attribution) from the majority opinion which best summarizes
the nature of the SCOTUS decision.
5. Quote (with attribution) from the dissenting opinion which best summarizes
the nature of why they disagree with the SCOTUS decision.
6. Slogan which summarizes the nature of the case and is easy to
remember/say.
7. Visuals representing elements of the court case goals.
