The author’s name and
institution should be double

shortened version of
the paper’s full title. It
cannot exceed 50
characters including
punctuation and spaces.
Title needs to be in ALL
CAPS. On the title page,
the words “Running
head” need to be
included. For following
pages, repeat the
running head in all caps
without the words
“Running head.”
