Dear Metro,
My name is Mr Peters and my 4 year old son has a problem I would like some help with.
His body and head is covered in small spots that look like a rash and he is constantly trying to itch them. He also keeps saying he feels sick, has a headache and his temperature is high.
Please can you tell me what he has, what pathogen caused it and how I could prevent it in the future?
Many thanks,
Mr Peters

My name is Mrs Smith and I love cooking.
Yesterday I had some friends over for dinner and made a lovely chicken curry but my friends all text me and told me they were up all night with stomach cramps, sickness and diarrhoea.
Please can you tell me what they all had, what pathogen caused it and how to prevent them getting it in the future?
Many thanks,
Mrs Smith

Dear Metro,
I play football a lot and lately I have been finding white scaly, flaky skin between my toes that is really itchy.
Some parts of it look really sore and it’s really red.
What do I have, what pathogen caused it and how can I stop myself getting it again.
Please help!
James Williams
