Notice − Right of Way charge
Halifax Regional Council has changed
the annual Right of Way (ROW)
charge from the current rate of $39 to
$40 effective April 1, 2018.
Halifax Water collects the stormwater
Right of Way (ROW) charge on behalf
of the municipality. This charge pays
for the management of stormwater
runoff from the municipally−owned
public street right of way.
Charges will be prorated for the
service period April 1 to June 30,
2018. The charge will appear as a
billing adjustment:
