Fried rice is a dish of cooked rice that has been stir-fried in a wok or a frying pan and is usually mixed with
other ingredients such as eggs, vegetables, seafood, or meat. It is often eaten by itself or as an accompaniment
to another dish

Ingredients:
- 6 bowls of cold rice
- 2 chicken eggs beat into a bowl and beat the whites and yolks
1 tbsp cooking oil; ¼ cup chopped bacon (optional sausage or sausage can be used; 8-10 fresh shrimp; ½ cup
peas; ½ cup diced carrots;
- Spices: salt, pepper, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate
Making:

Freshly peeled shrimp, black thread removed, cut. Pork sausage or sausage.

Lunch menu with Vietnamese Pancakes
Bánh xèo, literally "sizzling pancake", named for the loud sizzling sound it makes when the rice batter is poured
into the hot skillet; it is a Vietnamese savoury fried pancake made of rice flour, water, and turmeric powder.
Some common stuffings include pork, shrimp, diced green onion, mung bean, and bean sprouts

Ingredients for pancakes:

Pancake dough: 400g; Turmeric powder; Shrimp crust: 150 g; Bacon: 150 g; Shiitake mushrooms: 10
pieces; Scallion; Bean sprouts: 100 g; Carrots: 1 tuber; Clean green beans: 50 g

Cooking oil, fish sauce, sugar, chili, lettuce, herbs

Mix fish sauce:

Mix 3 tablespoons of fish sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of boiling water, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of
MSG, 2 minced chili peppers, 1 teaspoon of garlic until the sugar and MSG dissolve and add 1 teaspoon
of lemon.

- Step 1: Mix cake dough
Put the package of pancakes in a clean bowl and 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder. Pour 500 ml of water into the

Ingredients

2 tsp of white sugar

2 tbsp of soy sauce

1 tsp of ground black pepper

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 stalks lemon grass, minced

2 tsp of sesame seeds

1 ½ pounds of sirloin tip, thinly sliced

Skewers

12 leaves romaine lettuce

Fresh cilantro for garnish

Fresh basil for garnish

Fresh mint for garnish

Thinly sliced green onion for garnish

Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix the sugar, soy sauce, pepper, garlic, lemon grass, and sesame seeds
Place the meat in the dish, and stir to coat
Cover, and refrigerate for 4 hours
Preheat grill for high heat
Discard marinade, and thread meat onto skewers accordion style
Brush grill grate with oil, and discard marinade
Arrange skewers on the grill. Cook 5 minutes per side
Serve hot from skewers, or remove from skewers and serve on lettuce leaves
Garnish with cilantro, mint, basil, and sliced green onions
