require engineering reports.
Such bodies should specify the type of
engineer that they require the reports
from.
The tangenal benefit of engaging an
engineer is only realised if he or she is on
the national engineers register, in which
care they must declare how much
professional indemnity insurance they
have.
For further proof that the supplied material
and goods meets the required
specifications and standards.
You have absolute liability for everyone
working on site, walking by the site, or even
breaking in the site.
Australian standards don’t mean anything
unless they are listed in the NCC (has no
legal standing).
Basix is a requirement under state
legislation.

1.2 You are required to prepare an email to submit to the certifier- MYBUILD certifiers, bill
build- answering correspondence received today with all documentation required for the
compliance submission of the trapezoidal roof system (refer workbook 2 Q1.2)
You must ensure the language is appropriate to the email respondent. This activity is
written/ nonverbal communication email that allows you to introduce yourself and notes
the documents required to be supplied (note: you do not need to supply these documents,
just note that they are required) you should prepare the email and submit for marking.

Questions that you can ask are
Do you have your registration number?
Can you put your instruction in writing?
By having a tool box talk and explaining to staff verbally and giving out written instruction
for each individual person.
