helpful for students’ needs.
In emergency situations, cell phones can be an effective solution. During the school

parents. For example, if the students missed the bus to return home, it would not be much of a
problem to reach their parents asking for help. In case of bad weather, students can get their
parents to pick them up by car, so they will not have to wait too much. To sum up, cell phones
can provide an immensely efficient solution for emergencies.

phones for networking can range between two to four hours. As a result, students can end up
losing focus on their studies. It is understandable why opposition believe that students having
cell phones can result in some unpleasant situation. Nonetheless, this resolved by setting some
rules for cell phone usage. Such rules can be like determining how much time and for what
reason a cell phone can be used; deciding what applications and websites can be accessed; and
requiring students to give the phones back to their parents once returning home.
As a conclusion, high school students should have access to cell phones as it
facilitates their learning process and provides them with wide variety of useful options that
