Setting a Custom White Balance:
1. In photo mode, find a white surface in your current environment/lighting
2. Take a picture of that white surface
3. Switch over to Video Mode in either the Program “P” or Manual “M” Mode
4. Go to ‘Menu’ and select ‘Custom White Balance’ on the 3rd Shooting Settings Menu
5. The camera will now render the colors of the video/photo based on the “white” of
your environment
