CHANGING OF STATE
Experiment goals:
1. To know the difference between heat and temperature
2. To be able to investigate how the temperature of a substances changes
as its state changes
3. To be able to use idea about particles to explain what happens as a
substance change state
4. To understand why substances change state as they are heated
Procedure:
1. Measure the temperature of ice cube
2. Heat the ice cube until it boils
3. Measure the temperature every 1 minutes
