Power supply: 400-500VAC, 50/60Hz, 3ph
(1) Disconnect, dismount, remove existing resistive elements
(2) Renew, install, and connect new resistive elements.
(3) Secure all fittings and wirings and tighten all terminal connections.
(4) On completion, carry out functional test for correct operation.

(1) Disconnect, dismount, remove the transformer and bring to workshop.
(2) Clean out all oily, dusty, and contaminated fully with carbon.
(3) Check and change burnt, damaged or deterioration of insulation with new component.
(4) Test and examine all cablings and wirings for sign of burn and deterioration.
(5) Carry out load test, thermal and hot spot test on transformer.
(6) Carry out winding on coils of wires for primary and secondary part.
(7) Carry out varnish on coils of wires for primary and secondary part and put into oven to bake it.
(8) On completion STW, install the transformer onboard and carry out operational checks and test to the
system.

(1) Service Control panel for cleaning and preservation.
(2) Examine all cablings and wirings for signs of burn and deterioration. Secure and tag each cabling.
(3) Inspect and clean all component and renew components with signs of burnt, damage or deterioration of
insulation.
(4) Renew all contactors, switches, and indicators.
(5) Ensure all wirings are as per existing drawing and tighten all terminal connection and loose fittings.
(7) Test insulation resistance. Minimum acceptable reading is 1 mega Ohm.
(8) Check the continuity and the insulation of the all cable which related to the equipment.
(9) On completion, reassemble all components and reinstall onboard. Functionally test all controllers and
starters with associated motor to ensure correct sequential operation.

STW AND HAT
(1) Reassemble and reinstallation of equipment inclusive all accessories.
(2) On completion, carry out STW and HAT with associated controllers and equipment for correct operation.
(3) Summit the HAT document to end user for approval.

SYSTEM
(1) Supply and install new monitoring system c/w laptop and associated equipment.
(2) On completion, carry out STW and HAT with associated controllers and equipment for correct operation.
(3) Summit the HAT document to end user for approval.
