DAILY MOOD LOG For each day, circle 2 numbers that reflect your best and worst moods of the day. On the scale below, “10” represents the very best mood you’ve ever experienced (and thus should be relatively rare) and “1” represents the very worst you’ve ever felt (and hence should also be rare). Start your record with the day of your counseling meeting. As you monitor your moods on a daily basis, make notes to yourself of any people, places, events, activities, times of day, etc. that may be associated with highs and lows.
