: Letter of intent To conduct Motortrade’s Pasasalamat / Sales Caravan
I am writing this letter to formally express our intent to occupy either Liwasang Bonifacio or Plaza Raja
Soliman of Manila for the purpose of the execution of MOTORTRADE PASASALAMAT/SALES CARAVAN
happening on September 23 – 29 2019 as part of our Marketing activities and initiatives. We feasibly choose this
location as an ideal place to conduct the said event. Which will cover the whole plaza. As the activity requires
wide space for product display, safety riding lesson, service maintenance and other related campaigns.
ACTIVITY DURING THE EVENT:
Sept 23 -FREE SAFETY RIDING SEMINAR ( To reach MC user and to teach do’s and don’ts while on the road)
Sept 24 – Free Grand Bingo Caravan (Can win 1 sack of rice, and mini appliances like electric fan, Flat Iron, Water Heater)
Sept 25 – Dance Contest and 1 day hiring (Manila Youth)
Sept 26 – FREE SAFETY RIDING SEMINAR ( To reach MC user and to teach do’s and don’ts while on the road)
Sept 27 – Motor Parlor Games (Slow race,) and Honda Safety Riding Activity
Sept 28 – Free Service Caravan and Raffle
Sept 29 - FREE SAFETY RIDING SEMINAR ( To reach MC user and to teach do’s and don’ts while on the road)
