Point Rated Technical Criteria
The Bidder who meets all the mandatory technical criteria will be evaluated and scored as specified in the tables inserted below.
A Bidder must obtain a minimum pass mark in order to be considered responsive. Bids which fail to obtain the required minimum number of points specified will be declared non-responsive.
Only those bids which are compliant with all of the Mandatory Requirements and then achieve (or exceed) the stated minimum points will be further considered.
Each point rated technical criterion should be addressed separately.

The Contractor will update eDOCS10 to the latest version of eDOCS16 in testing, QA, and Production environments. The Contractor will also provide close support for enabling at-rest encryption on the eDocs 16 server.
Tasks and Deliverables: i.
a. Deliverable : Project plan ii.
Deliverable : Testing to identify issues iii.
a. Deliverable: All profile/maintenance forms recreated and tested successfully; profile RM properties, term, security and profile folder iv. Create eDocs 16 client and test (and possibly enable new functionality/modules, such as Sync and Save ) a. Deliverable : DM and RM client installation v.
a. Deliverable : Testing would include: i.
ii. Oracle triggers iii. Ability to install eDocs 16 clients on existing workstation by script iv. Regular eDocs functionality (e.g. save, open, delete, etc.) v. RM Functionality vi. Follow-up meeting on reported issues out of QA cycle. a. Deliverable : Provide training and/or assistance to IM team if required vii. Enable encryption at rest on the eDocs 16 DM server a. Deliverable: Steps would include: i.

ii. Review existing content and determine best course of action for encrypting contents with minimal disruption to end users iii. Work with the Information Technology and Information and Records Management experts to implement encryption at rest
