Job Summary
The Regional Bookkeeper should provide support to Global Virtuoso on day to day financial transactions
and accounting services. He or she must have a degree in Accounting with a minimum of 3 years work
experience in accounting and international organizations. It is important that he or she should have the
proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel. Must also possess vital skills, such as organizational and
interpersonal skills in preparing the company’s general ledger and voucher packages, while ensuring
accuracy, timeliness and satisfactory service delivery.
Job Description:







Process the end-to-end payment voucher packages of Global Virtuoso; ensure completion of
voucher report for submission to be reviewed and authorized by the Regional Financial
Controller
Oversee completion of support documents to the voucher packages
Distribute cheques to payees and filing of completed vouchers according to established system
Prepare periodic subsidiary ledgers, commitments and accrual lists
Prepare and submit required tax reports and remittances to Revenue Department (Bureau of
Internal Revenue)
Manage the general ledger data and analysis of accounts of India Inc.
Assist in the internal and external audits of Global Virtuoso Manila
Job Specification









Must have a degree in accounting
Should preferably have at least 3 years work experience in accounting
Has the experience working with international organization, especially in development sector, is
an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel, Internet banking
Must have organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Adept in paying attention to details
Should be service oriented
Possess analytical and critical thinking
