STATE HEALTH SOCIETY – REVISED NATIONAL TUBERCULOSIS
CONTROL PROGRAMME
District Health Society RNTCP has proposed to out source the services of the
following categories of Paramedical / Non Technical personnel to be deployed in all
districts of Tamil Nadu as per the existing vacancies and also vacancies arising as and
when the program needs.
The District Health Society RNTCP of the respective districts will be the
appointing authority.

ELIGIBILITY:
Institutions / Organizations should have a minimum of 3 yrs experience in
supplying Human Resource (Paramedical & Non-Technical) to Health related
organizations. Preference will be given to Organizations that are supplying
Human Resource to Tuberculosis / HIV related programs
Expression Of Interest is invited from reputed agencies to provide the following
Services:
1. To supply the required Human resource as and when requested by the Deputy
Director of Medical Services (TB) to the concerned District at a monthly
consolidated remuneration as indicated against each post.
2. Obtain Duty Certificate /Leave particulars of the human resource deployed by
you from the Deputy Director of Medical Services (TB) / Block Medical
Officers every month and furnish to the Deputy Director of Medical Services
(TB) monthly statement recommending net payment of remuneration based
on their attendance, after deducting employee’s contribution to Provident
Fund
3. Payment of net remuneration shall be made directly by the Deputy Director of
Medical Services (TB) to the Human Resource hired
4. Employee’s contribution deducted together with the Employer’s contribution
shall be paid to the contracting agency by the Deputy Director of Medical
Services (TB) for remittance in to their respective Provident Fund Accounts.
5. Present monthly claim statements on the total administrative charges payable
to the agency giving particulars of
- Administrative charges claimed per staff for the month
- Taxes if any, payable on the administrative charges
6. Maintain Provident Fund Accounts / accounts of the statutory levies on the
remuneration of the staff deployed and make monthly remittance to Employee’s
Provident Fund and other statutory bodies.
7. Settlements to the relieved staff shall also be done by the agency and officials
of the Revised National TB Control Program will not have any role in the
maintenance / settlements of Employee’s Provident Fund Account /Statutory
deductions.
Your Expression Of Interest shall clearly quote your rates for the above
services for a period of one year from 01-01-2014 in the enclosed format by
sealed cover.
The letter for Expression Of Interest should reach this office on or before
30 -12-2013
