You have done an outstanding job regarding this week’s topic of discussion. Your
explanation is clear and straightforward. I wish to clarify that contemporary management theory
is how best a corporation is organized or arranged in to achieve maximum output from its
operations. I would also like to reiterate your example of digital Taylorism. It is a means through
which an organization standardizes its processes most efficiently and effectively. It aims at
maximizing the efficiency of the corporation rather than having just a conventional way of doing
things within the organization (Schumpeter, 2015).
