NTL LEMNIS WARRANTY POLICY
To Our valued customers NTL LEMNIS India Pvt Ltd., confirms the “Comprehensive
Warranty of 3 years” for the all the NTL Lemnis LED lighting products against all
manufacturing defects, from the date of invoice,
The warranty is for Total LED lighting system including Drivers, Our warranty shall not
apply in the event of products are damaged as a result of misuse, mishandling,
neglect, accident, improper application, modification or repair to the product not
approved by us.
Any claims during the warranty period to be reported to nearest NTL Lemnis team
and will be settled on free of cost basis within 15days time, in line with above policy
and claims after warranty period shall also will be settled within same time line but
on payment basis.
Above Policy applicable for projects within INDIA only.
Note: It’s a Standard Project warrantee and subject to 100% payment realization.
Note: Above Policy is Effective from Jan 2013 and for supplies Jan 1st 2013 onwards
