summary : restructure the department of training and development
,performance management framework and performance appraisal .
ESSENTIAl RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUITES :
. schedule annual training plan and training software .
. organize and plan the new training programs for employees .
. determine malfunctioning of units by observing .
. determine nature and location of malfunction .
. plan and coordinate work activities of others .
. control activities of several processing units .
. restructure the department of training and development and
performance management .
. submit quarterly report with three months changes .
. review and adjust new training programs .
. evaluate and monitor performance of employees .
. work on several tasks at the same time and under pressure and with
minimum amount of supervision .
. conduct job evaluation surveys .
OTHER RESPOSIBILITIES AND DUITES:
. Work on temporary projects .
. Make adjustments to obtain specified operating conditions .
. Compute and calculate amounts of additives and results of tests .
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
. Bachelor’s degree required ,some knowledge of basics of HR and
performance management .
. Minimum of 2 years of HR experience or diploma in Human resources
management .
SPECIAL SKILL:
. Restructuring the department and critical thinking .
PHYSICAl DEMANDS :
. Normal physical demands .
WORK ENVIROMENT :
Normal office environment .
