Procedure Details:
 LCA was engaged with JL 3.5 X 6F guiding catheter. The lesion was
profiled in various views and crossed with BMW guide wire.
The lesion was predilated with balloon at 8 atm. Then stent Promus
Premier 2.75 x 24mm was deployed in LAD lesion at 16 atm.
TIMI III flow achieved.
