Why use Flexpipe Linepipe?
We have many strengths
• Track record: we have installed more than 35,000 km over the last 16
years throughout the world.
• Recognized: among our customers are the major oil companies in the
world, including: Saudi Aramco, Shell, Exxon and Chevron.
• Spools: our pipes comes in spools of at least 500m.
• Quick and easy installation: our installation equipment is quick and
easy to use and will fit in the back of a pick-up truck.
• Lower cost: pipelines installed with our pipes cost less than steel.
• No corrosion: our pipe does not corrode.
• Full service:
• we have the most reliable connection systems in the RTP industry,
• we have local field support to train and support contractors for the
installation.
• Reusable: our pipe can be reused up to six (6) times.

• Qualified: our products are designed, tested and manufactured in
accordance with API 15S.
15
Why do our customers buy FlexPipe Linepipe?
In North America we are the market leader for the following reasons:
• Our pipe is quick and easy to lay. This is important in the Permian region
where getting wells to production quickly is very important.
• Quicker delivery times
compared to coated steel
pipe.
• We train and support the pipe
installers so that installation
is done properly the first time,
avoiding problems later.
• Can cope with bends, without
pre-fabricated pipe pieces.
• We assist all of our
customers in troubleshooting
problems that occur.
16
Why do our customers buy FlexPipe Linepipe?
The installation of our pipe is much safer that installing steel pipe:
• Less people involved in the installation;
• Less equipment involved in the installation;
• No heavy 12m steel pipe involved; and
• Installation takes less time.
17
Extensive track record
Over 35,000 kilometers of pipeline
in service, with more than 500
customers served in 25 countries.
18

Spoolable pipe is easy to lay
Dual 4" lines in one trench,
replacing a 6" line.
Pipe easily laid from a spool, which can
be dragged behind a pick-up truck.

Easy to use installation equipment
Hydraulic
Press
• Pipe is hydraulically pushed into
the mandrel, after being beveled.
• Pipes are crimped using hydraulic
pressure, no heat necessary.
• Crimping pressure is controlled by
automatic hydraulic regulation
rather than manually via torque
application with large wrenches.
• Crimper dies move independently
to allow for variations in pipe wall
thickness.

• Generator;
• Hydraulic pump;
• Hydraulic press; and
• Hydraulic crimper.
25
Excellent impact and corrosion resistance
Impact
• Epoxy-free dry fiber solution:
• Excellent wear resistance and
impact toughness; and
• Reduces potential microcracking or over-straining.

Case Studies
Case Study – Liner Pull
Pertamina EP’s Ramba field, located in
Indonesia. It operates both water injection and
oil production with 98% water cut, resulting in
high corrosion issues. Important concern was
a failing 4” steel pipe within a 6” casing that
passed 300 meters under a major river. Liner
pull process:
• The 4” steel line was cleaned before
removal with a hydro vac truck.
• After the line was shut in, it was cut and
the valves and facility pipe were removed.
• Once the 4” steel line was pulled out, sizing
plates were pulled through the 6” casing to
remove any potential sharp edges and
spurs.
• A test section of FlexPipe was pulled
through the casing.
• Finally the 4” FlexPipe was pulled through.
• A successful 24-hour hydro-test was done.
• Production re-started after a shutdown of
one day.
32
Case Study – Flexpipe vs GRE
A South American oil and gas company installed
approximately 3 km of 2” FlexPipe. The
Operations Manager noted the following
advantages for Flexpipe vs Glass Reinforced
Epoxy (GRE) pipe:
• Pipe connections more than 570m apart vs
12-18 m for GRE.
• Installation crew reduced by up to 60%.
• No corrosion.
• Rapid installation.
• Easy to install connection systems.
• No sand bedding.

Case Study – Iraq
Basrah Gas Company successfully
installed 400m of 4” FlexPipe HT at
Khor Al Zubair, Iraq. The pipe was
needed to connect the knock-out
drum to the evaporation pond with a
water flow line. Flexpipe was selected
for the following reasons
• corrosion resistance;
• UV resistance;
• high temperature and high
pressure capability;
• Spoolable pipe;
• cost effective alternative to steel;
and
• versatile size range.
The lead time from ordering the pipe
to delivery was less than 4 weeks.
The installation was done in one day
by a local Iraqi company, whose
workers had been trained by
Flexpipe.
