RE: ACADEMIC VISIT TO THE SENATE
Your request to visit the Senate made through your letter dated 13.5.2019 in which you had
proposed days for you to visit the Senate has been processed and granted.
We propose that you arrange to visit on 29th May, 2019 from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm. The group of
29 pupils, 2 teachers should be of good discipline and accept to conduct themselves in accordance
with Speakers’ rules.
The dress code shall be smart informal for the public gallery and formal for the Speakers’
gallery.
Pupils of 12 years and below shall not be allowed in the galleries.
Kindly note that the Senate shall not be liable to any injury or harm that your group may incur
during the period of your visit.
Please bring this letter with you.
