Executive summary
The project was about how to improve the inventory control of Rolans Side Car effectively and
efficiently within the organization inventory is the raw material. Work-in products and finished goods
that are considered to be the portion of a business asset that are ready or will be read for sale. It is
necessary for every management to give proper attention to inventory management. A proper planning
handling and storing should form a part of inventory management.
The stud was to know about the inventory management and its effective control through
various techniques in Rolan’s Side car. Inventory control represent the operational aspect of inventory
management and help realize the objective of inventory management and control. Several control of
inventor managements is use and it depend on the convenience of the business to adopt any control.
Lastly, this paper concludes that the existing inventory management needs improvement in all
dimension. From the study it may conclude that proper inventory management is one of the most
suitable strategy for company to achieve it goal in the organization
