感謝您報名台中一中模擬聯合國會議 2019，
秘書處已收到您的報名表，歡迎您參與本年度臺中一中模擬聯合國會
議。
Thank you for registering TransMUN2019 conference, the Secretariats has
received your registration form, Welcome to this year’s TransMUN2019
Conference.
以下有幾點須知，請代表詳細閱讀
1.
再次提醒，團報代表不得退費，得遞補
2.
若代表繳費後無法前來，請注意在 5/31 前，對於正
式報名（住宿/非住宿）我們將分別退回（85%/95%）的
報名費，在 6/30 前，（住宿/非住宿）則會分別退回
（30%/45%）(以上退費機制皆依據已支付訂金和各項行
政費用)
3.
為了維護會議品質，在會議期間，若代表做出任何
違法或妨礙會議進行的行為，主辦方有權將代表請出議場
或取消參加證明，嚴重時會通知代表就讀的學校，並不退
還任何費用
4.
若您完成繳費即代表您同意以上事項，若您對以上
事項有疑慮，請在繳費前通過粉專或此信箱詢問我們
5.
若代表完成繳費，請務必記得於 5/31 前填寫附件之
「繳費確認表單」，並在之後確認自己收到繳費確認信，
繳費才算完成。逾期未完成繳費將失去參加資格。若您還
有其他的疑惑，請經由電子信件或粉絲專頁通知我們，我
們會盡快回復您。
Below are a few notices that require your attention:
1. Please be aware that there are no refunds for group
registrations; however, substitutions are allowed.
2. If the delegate can’t attend the conference after paying the fee,
please be noted that before 5/31 we will return（85%/95%) of
the registration fee based on delegates
options(accommodation/no accommodation). Before 6/30 we
will return (30%/45%) of the registration fee based on
delegates options (accommodation/no accommodation). The
refund mechanism applied above is based on our
administrative expenditures and hotel deposits.
3. To maintain the quality of the conference, if you have any
behavior that is considered illegal or compromises the flow of
the conference, we have the authority to escort you out of the
conference room or confiscate your attendance certificate. If
the situation is severe we will contact your school and not
return any registration fees.
4. Upon paying the registration fee represents that you
acknowledge the notices above. If you have questions
regarding these notices please contact us before you pay your
registration fee.
5. After paying your registration fee, please fill in the” Official
Registration Payment Confirmation Form” attached to the
email before 5/31, and make sure that you have received our
confirmation email afterward. Please be noted that you will
lose your qualification if you fail to pay your fee before the
deadline. If you have any confusion, please don’t hesitate to
contact us through Email or our Facebook Fan Page. We will
reply you as soon as possible.
