Protocol for patients with both TB and HIV
It looks a long list, but it won't take much time. After a few days
you know everything and you settle into the rhythm. People pay
extremely high prices to do this in special therapy hotels. You can
get this fancy treatment at home for a fraction of the price!
This is what you do every day in this protocol:

Every day fasting for at least 12-14 hours (when you sleep and
before and after sleeping). The energy spent on digesting food is
energy that cannot be spent on recovering and restoring your
immune system.
Every day sleep for at least 8-10 hours (your body detoxes and

The same times for everything every day helps your body heal.

If you can, learn Qi Gong or Tai Chi via YouTube. It helps your
body and your mind. It helps you feel less stress.

Rely on your family, friends and the god of your choice for love
and reassurance. You have a very good chance of getting much

Your Shopping List
It's not difficult to buy all this. Simply show this list to the
pharmacy and they will help you get all of it. If your pharmacy
does not have some items: try the Chinese pharmacy or herbalist.

Veg: in particular broccoli and cauliflower is good for you. Any other
veg you like is fine too.
Fruit: bananas are great, any other fruit you like is fine too.

Your day program

Get up any time you like, best between 6 and 7 a.m.
Rinse your mouth 2-5 minutes with one big spoon coconut oil. Spit out
in the bin. Rinse with warm water to wash out the taste and the residue.
Drink 1 glass apple cider vinegar (instruction 3)
Spray oil mix in your mouth (instruction 2). Don't rinse out!
Do Qi Gong or Tai Chi exercises (YouTube)
Drink a cup of ginger tea (instruction 9).
Eat one table spoon of coconut oil.
Spray lemon eu oil in your mouth (instruction 2). If you don't like the
taste, drink more ginger tea after spraying.
Put Epsom salt (or seasalt or Himalaya salt) in a footbath with water and
peppermint oil. Leave your feet in there for about 20-30 minutes. You
can add some hot water when the water gets too cold. Drink tea, read
something, talk on the phone, relax. Enjoy it. This takes toxins out
through your skin. You can put your hands in too if you like.
Make your hempseed medicine (instruction 1) and eat it (in one go, or
a little bit with every meal)
Between 8 and 9 a.m.: Breakfast:
Eat all of the following:
- two or three eggs, fry in pan at low heat as short as possible. Or
omelet (instruction 11). Should be hot but not brown.
- green leaves, cucumber or herb leaves (basil, mint, oregano, rosemary,
thyme, salvia, cress, rucola, mix, whatever you like)
- banana and/or avocado.
- a bowl or glass of kefir. If you like, you can mix banana and/or avocado
with the kefir, taste good! Optional: you can add ginger, cinnamon or
other spices, or a little honey or a little lemon juice if you like the taste.
Take your vitamed portion 1 and a big spoon of coconut oil
(instruction 4)
Apply oil mix for skin (instruction 2).
Between 10 and 11: Tea break
Spray oil mix in your mouth (instruction 2).
Drink a cup of ginger tea (instruction 9).
Spray lemon eu oil in your mouth (instruction 2). If you don't like the
taste, drink more ginger tea after spraying.
If you are hungry, have a carrot and an apple with a glass of kefir.
Take your vitamed portion 2 and a big spoon of coconut oil
(instruction 5)
Between 12 and 13.30: Lunch:
Spray oil mix in your mouth (instruction 2).
Drink a cup of ginger tea (instruction 9).
Spray lemon eu oil in your mouth (instruction 2). If you don't like the
taste, drink more ginger tea after spraying.
Eat chicken broth (instruction 10). Open the chicken bones (break or
with knife point) and eat the marrow.
If you are still hungry, have an avocado, some nuts, or some vegetablesfruit (raw or stir-fried) with kombucha, natto, kimchi and/or herbs with a
glass of kefir.
Take vitamed portion 3 and a big spoon of coconut oil (instruction 6).
Between 15 and 16: Tea break
Spray oil mix in your mouth (instruction 2).
Drink a cup of ginger tea (instruction 9).
Spray lemon eu oil in your mouth (instruction 2). If you don't like the
taste, drink more ginger tea after spraying.
If you are hungry, have vegetables with kombucha, natto, kimchi or a
glass of kefir.
Take your vitamed portion 4 and a big spoon of coconut oil
(instruction 7)
Between 18 and 19: Dinner
Spray oil mix in your mouth (instruction 2).
Drink a cup of ginger tea (instruction 9).
Spray lemon eu oil in your mouth (instruction 2). If you don't like the
taste, drink more ginger tea after spraying.
Eat chicken broth (instruction 10). Open the chicken bones (break or
with knife point) and eat the marrow. Alternatively, try beef soup, rice
and beans with vegetables, fish, chips (sweet potato is best), or an easy
meal of raw vegetables with an avocado dip or baba ghanoush, omelet
with onions and tomatoes with a salad.
If you are still hungry, have an avocado, some nuts, or some vegetablesfruit (raw or stir-fried) with kombucha, natto, kimchi and/or herbs with a
glass of kefir.
Take vitamed portion 5 and a big spoon of coconut oil (instruction 8).
Prepare for sleep, between 20 and 22 pm
Do some Qi Gong or Tai Chi. There are special routines for getting
ready to sleep.
Do something relaxing. A game, a book. Write a diary.
If you like you can repeat the footbath.
Go to bed around 21 evening, latest by 22 pm.
If you like you can apply more skin oil mix before sleeping. Make sure
you sleep 8 to 10 hours every night.
General tips:
- In the first week of treatment, you may get a fever or feel a bit sick for
1 to 5 days. This is actually a good sign, do not worry about it. This is
because the vitameds help your body start up the fight against disease.
That is what fever is, the start of your body fighting bad bacteria and
viruses. It means your own body system is starting to work better again.
- TB is contagious, even in the first month of your treatment. Please
wear a mouth cover unless you are alone and no one else will use that
room (generally you get mouth covers for free from doctors and
hospitals). Then you are sure you do not contaminate others with TB.
Normally, healthy people do not get contaminated. But it's good
manners and safer to cover your mouth if there are other people
around. After about one month, you should no longer be contagious for
TB. You can check with a doctor to make sure. For HIV you are always
contagious even if feeling healthy. So make sure others do not come
into contact with your blood or other body fluids, just to be on the safe
side.
- Hearing that you have a severe disease is stressful. But stress is bad
for your body. If you feel peaceful and positive, your body can focus all
its energy on healing and recovering. If you have stress, your body
thinks you are in danger and it reserves energy so you can defend
yourself. That's energy that cannot go to healing processes. So try to
get your stress down as much as you can. Praying or meditating has a
beneficial effect because it makes stress go down. Smilling and laughing
is healthy therapy! Watch a funny video, play with kids (even word
games or board games are fine), or ask people to tell you jokes or funny
stories. It really works :-)
- Keep your clothes and bedyouets clean. A lot of toxic and contagious
waste will come out of your body through sweat in the first month, and
also after. Best is to use clean clothes, pillow cases and youets every
day. Wash with high temperature (65 degrees or higher for 20 minutes
or more).
Instructions for preparing your medication and food:
1. Hemp seed medicine how to prepare
This works against tuberculosis because it kills the bad bacteria only
AND it helps your own immune system fight the bacteria.
- 80 grams hemp seed (shelled)
- 375 ml coconut milk or yoghurt
Note: Hemp (kifua) is same plant as marijuana. But it is NOT the same
as marijuana that bad people smoke. The seeds and the oil are used in
hospitals in China, Europe and America. It does NOT make you feel like
when people smoke the leaves. This is just medicinal seeds, not funny
drugs, and not forbidden. It does NOT make you feel strange or sleepy.
How to make:
1. Grind the hemp seeds to a powder (like you grind spices).
2. Boil water in a pan, about 3 fingers of water (4-6 centimetres).
3. When it boils, put fire to LOW.
4. Heat the cocomilk in a pan to 65 to 80 degrees Celsius (heat until
steam comes off the milk but does not boil!). Then turn off the heat. Put
the cocomilk in round bowl (metal or glass).
5. Mix in the ground seeds.
6. Put pan with medicine above the pan with water so that milk stays
hot without burning.
7. KEEP MIXING SLOWLY for 30-40 minutes. Then done. Turn OFF heat.
Eat all of the mix same day, drink or with spoon. You can eat it in one
go, or eat a little bit now and then. Does not need fridge.
Keep making and eating it every day (after one month, every second
day) until you are completely fit and healthy again.
You cannot buy this as a bottle of medicine because it must be made
fresh to be effective.
If you cannot buy hemp seeds there, I can send you a bag. It costs just
15 euros per kilo here. It's just plant seeds. If you cannot buy shelled
hemp seeds, buy the normal hemp seeds. Then filter out the seed shells
before drinking it with a sieve.
2. Oil to spray in your mouth how to prepare
One spray bottle with only lemon eucalyptus oil (lemon eu oil).
One spray bottle with a mix of oils:
- coconut oil, 10 teaspoons
- cannabis oil, 2 teaspoons
- calendula oil, 1 teaspoon
- teatree oil, half teaspoon
- oregano oil, half teaspoon
- vitamin E, half teaspoon
- frankincense, a few drops, or many drops if you like the smell
- peppermint oil, a few drops for the flavour
You can also make a larger bottle of this oil mix. Instead of teaspoons,
use big spoons, then you have more.
You can spray it in your nose too if you like. Some people like the fresh
feeling and the smell of it.
Make sure it does not come in your eye, it hurts! If it does, wipe with
clean cloth or paper - not water!
One spray bottle oil mix for skin:
The oils in yellow are necessary. The others are great but optional. Make
sure this does not get in your eyes, nose or mouth!!! It hurts! If it does,
wipe with clean cloth or paper - not water!
- coconut oil, 10 big spoons
- cannabis oil, 2 big spoons
- Vicks or Tiger balm oil, 1 big spoon
- calendula oil, 1 big spoon
- teatree oil, half big spoon
- oregano oil, half big spoon
- vitamin E, half big spoon
- peppermint oil, half big spoon
Rub this mixed oil on your skin whenever you like. It is especially good
after shower and before sleeping. Especially on the area of your chest,
lungs, neck. It will make your skin feel hot and even a bit burning. If it
feels too burning, add more coconut oil, vitamin E and cannabis oil.
Make sure you wash your hands carefully after rubbing on this oil. If it
comes in your eyes or your mouth, it is really painful and unpleasant.
One spray bottle for home (optional)
You can also make a small spray bottle of coconut oil with any oil that
smells nice to you. Rose maybe, jasmin, mandarin, lemon, sandalwood,
frankincense, whatever you think smells good. Just to spray in the room
for a nice smell. It is meant to make you calm and smile. Frankincense is
specially recommended because it is antiseptic.
3. Apple cider vinegar
Mix 2 big spoons of organic apple cider vinegar in a glass of warm
water (not hot, just warm). If you find it too sour, add some more water.

9. Ginger tea
Chop fresh ginger into very thin slices or small pieces.
Put water in a pan. Add the ginger. Boil for 5-10 minutes, You can try
out how much ginger and water is your favourite strength.
This is your ginger tea.
You can add things to your cup if you like the flavour: a few drops
lemon juice, fresh or dried mint leaves, cloves, cardamom, aniseed, chai
mix, honeybush, or honey if you like.
You can drink ginger tea at any time in the day you like. Don't drink it
cold, always at least a little warm or hot.
Don't drink plain water, just the ginger tea.
10. Chicken broth
1 chicken
2 cups rice
1 cup beans (kidney, brown or borlottie beans - already soft, not raw
and hard)
garlic to taste (2-3 cloves of garlic)
vegetables (any veg you like)
potatoes (best is yams or sweet orange potatoes)
salt - use seasalt or himalaya salt ONLY, as much salt in your food as
you like, it's healthy salt! NOT the white grains of table salt. It's bad for
you.
spices (curry, dried herbs, or any flavour you like)
Optional: if you like a more filing soup, add coconut milk to taste.
Put chicken in pan. Fry a little with coconut oil. Add onions (in big
pieces). When onions are soft and smell good, add water enough to
cover the chicken. Cook for 30 to 60 minutes on simmer (low heat,
enough to make steam come off). Add rice and beans, cook 15 minutes.
Put in vegetables and break an egg in it. Cook 5 minutes. Done, Eat.
Open the chicken bones (break or with knife point) and eat the marrow.
11. Omelet
Mix 2 eggs with a fork or whisk. Add some coconut milk.
Chop 1 small onion, 1 large tomato, 4 mushrooms and some chillie to
taste.
Heat pan to LOW-MID heat.
Put some coconut oil.
Fry the veg for 3 minutes.
Add the egg mix.
Leave for 5-7 minutes (omelet), or stir with a wooden spoon (scrambled)
Eat with any green leaves, fresh or dried herbs.
Note from author:
I wrote this protocol to help a friend in Tanzania. She was
diagnosed with tuberculosis. She was put on 6 months of
antibiotics. This did not help because the TB strain was resistant
to the antibiotics, as many worldwide are today. The antibiotics
made her more sick and weak than she had ever been, because
antibiotics kill ALL bacteria - also the good ones in your belly that
help you catch the vitamins in your food. Then she was also
diagnosed with HIV. She had no access to expensive healthcare
and medication. The retroviral drugs are too expensive for her
and also they are not effective anymore in many cases due to
resistance and the nature of the virus. I combined my own
knowledge with information from reliable sources on the internet
(established natural treatment experts and clinics, traditional
Chinese medicine and essential oil specialists, mostly based on
proven results).
But... I am essentially a non-listed nutritionist, I am not an official
doctor, and this protocol has not been tried out as far as I know.
However, the existing hospital drugs do not work and/or are too
expensive, so why not take the chance. I don't think any of the
items in the protocol are toxic or dangerous in the quantities
stated. Still, I am legally obligated to state that you follow this
protocol at your own expense and risk.
I don't make any money from this. I just wrote it for a friend, and
thought it might help other people. I would be really pleased if you
let me know the results and experiences you have with this
protocol. Also if things do not work well - maybe I can improve it
over time!
