This in the long term, will help in the gaining of increased confidence. -the learner becomes a digital citizenship as he or she is encouraged to respect the opinions and views of his classmates. In summary, at the University of the People, participation in peer review and online students’ forums form vital aspects of the educational experience which will certainly impact positively on the overall network and the willingness to share information, skills, knowledge and futuristic concepts in among learners. Hence, the community-oriented classroom is one that encompasses 100% online education, online collaboration, independent work, learning journals, discussion forums, assignments, self-administered quizzes and graded quizzes.
