1. INTRODUCTION
Now a days for the effective management of construction projects a systematic method is
needed to be adopted, with the aid of technique to control the activities within the time frame
at a certain cost. This technique is commonly known as the critical path method. Using of the
critical path method manually is difficult due to increase of complexities in project. To
overcome this difficulty a CPM based scheduling software is used.
For implementing the method adopted for this thesis work, a medium level organization is
being identified, which carry out multiple construction works.
2. PROJECT MANAGEMENT
