Shot in the Dark is a group of volunteers, community members, participants, and activists dedicated to
the education and collective framework of harm reduction among drug users and sex workers across
Maricopa County. Their services include needle exchange, clean syringes, Naloxone distribution, STD
prevention and resources including condoms, and treatment referrals accessible to those in need in a
judgement-free and safe space.
