CHARACTERISTICS OF
CHARACTER FORMATION
IN CHILDHOOD

Character is an individual combination of the
essential properties of the personality expressing the
relation of the person to reality and appearing in his
behavior, in his acts.
Character formation begins in
early childhood. Already in
preschool age the first
contours of character are
outlined, the habitual way
behavior, certain relations to
reality begins to develop.
Formation of character

Manifestations of collectivism,
perseverance, endurance, courage in
preschool age are formed primarily in the
game, especially in collective plot games with
the rules.
Of great importance are the
simplest types of work
available to preschool
children. Performing some
simple duties, the child learns
to respect and love work, to
feel responsible for the
assigned work.
With the admission to
school begins a new stage
of character formation.
For the first time a child
faces a number of strict
rules and school duties
that determine all his
behavior at school, at
home, in public places.
THESE RULES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND TO
DEVELOP STUDENT:
accuracy
organization
purposefulness
systematic
hard work
discipline
persistence
The school team
At the school the child enters
into a new relationship for him
with the teachers, in the
relationship of community and
mutual assistance with friends.
He develops consciousness of
duty and responsibility towards
the group in their class, school
sense of community collectivism.
THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHARACTER TRAITS
IN ADOLESCENTS
Teenager to a great extent
thana Junior high school
student, participates in adult life, to him
demand more. The teenager in
his educational and social activities begins to
be guided by the motives of public order:
sense of
duty
a sense of
responsibility to the
team
desire to maintain the
honor of the school, class
WHAT ARE THE WAYS OF CHARACTER
EDUCATION?

A decisive influence on the character of the child has
education.
There are children, the
nature of which it would be
impossible to rehabilitate
and that it would be
impossible to cultivate
certain good qualities,
eliminating even as if they
have already rooted
negative traits.
A necessary condition for character education is the
formation of worldview, beliefs, and ideals.
The worldview determines the direction of a
person, his life goals, aspirations, from the
worldview follow the moral guidelines that
people are guided in their actions.
For the education of socially
valuable traits, it is necessary to
organize the child's play,
educational, work activities, in
which he / she could gain experience
of correct behavior.
. In the process of character
formation is necessary to
stipulate not only some form
of behavior, but also the
appropriate motive for this
behavior, but the
corresponding motif of this
behavior, putting children in
such conditions that their
practice is consistent with
their ideological upbringing,
so they applied in practice
learn the principles of
behavior.
An important role in the
formation of character
plays a living word
teacher, educator, with
whom he refers to the
child. A significant place
is occupied, in particular,
ethical or moral
conversations.
Their goal is to form the
right moral ideas and
concepts in children.
For the first time meeting with students at
the beginning of the first year of study,
the teacher should carefully observe
them, talk with parents about the
conditions and features of the child's
development, about the manifestations of
his character.
On the basis of
observations and
interviews, it is
necessary to draw up
a certain program of
formation of the
character of the child,
taking into account
his individual
characteristics.
CONCLUSION

For older students one of the ways of character formation is
self - education. But younger students the teacher should
cultivate the desire to rid themselves of those flaws,
undesirable habits, to develop good habits. Especially
important is the need for an individual approach to
character education. Individual approach requires reliance
on the positive that each child already has in the field of
his interests, relationships to people, to certain activities,
etc. Fully developing the existing valuable features,
encouraging positive actions, the teacher can easily
overcome the negative traits in children. In order to
educate the character of the student, taking into account
his individual characteristics, you should know them well,
ie, comprehensively and deeply study the individuality of
the student. The study of the child-a relatively long
process. Only a good knowledge of the student will allow to
plan individual activities for his further education or reeducation and will lead to the desired results.
