“Blown' In the Wind,” is a song written by Bob Dylan in 1962 and released as a single and on his album

The Freewheeling' Bob Dylan in 1963. It’s a protest song that was released in the begining of the sixties, this rebellious song aimed to open the minds and the eyes of people, about the struggles of what’s to be like facing social injustice and inequality at those times. The song one of the is one of bob Dylan’s song that uses three verses where it uses guitar and harmonica that rings into my ears and the lyrics, made a lot of sense and specially at those harsh times. The song gives the American youth hope to belief to walk down the streets and oppose the Civil rights and fight for justice for the people. Likewise, black African

American’s were fighting for their rights and seeking justice at those harsh times. Life is all about experiences and up’s and downs as a youth I think at times that the world needs songs like blown in the wind to wake the minds of our youth. In today society, we still see injustices in many parts of the world, we can see children are dying under bombs in many parts of the world, and we can see the homeliness issue in our streets and yet, there is no solution. People live their daily life’s and the world just turn their eyes blind, and not pay attention to the struggles of others. In the song Blown in the wind Bob Dylan, I believe that his lyrics delivered a massage that every person should consider and not only at the sixties but also in our times. How many times we walk by a homeless person and we pretended that we don’t see them. The answer my friend is blown in the wind indeed. Love, pace and harmony is the answer my friends to better our world. This song defiantly will add up to my favorite songs of all time.

Bob Dylan’s song uses three verses and guitar and harmonica played out in some parts of the song. I have enjoyed listening to both versions. In Bob Dylan’s version I feel that the lyrics amid towards younger audience due to the peace movement of the 1960s. Folk Songs like blown in the wind had inspired many young musicians to make cover version of the legendry song like blown in the wind, to pass the song from generation to another. There is slightly difference in the both versions, the lyrics are the same, I felt that Peter, Paul and Mary version were just a complete to the original song and aims to the next generation. This Folk song a reminder to care on the message that this song holds. Therefore, the Message stays the same in both versions.
