Conclusion and Recommendations
(6.1) Conclusion:
Abul khair Group is the largest and leading company in this country for more than six decades
by manufacturing quality goods. It diversified in different areas and sectors of the local foreign
business field. The company always concern with the quality of the product for their customer
and increase the profit for its shareholders and also the employees.
In order to produce the best quality of any product the employees of the company must be
skillful, knowledgeable and feel of being as they are members of one and same family for their
better improvement. However, Abul Khair Group is not concerned only on the quality of the
product and the reputation of the company but they are also concerned about the satisfaction
level of their employees for better improvement, higher productivity, different types of benefit
and facilities. The company has obligations to all the employees through pay package composing
salary/wages, allowances, bonus and profit participation, level salary and retirement benefits.
They are succeed in creating such support from management and the organizational environment
and culture which lead the employee to feel free to work with and also participate in decision
making by sharing their ideas.
Through this study, it is clear that Abul Khair Group is an established, significant and highly
respected in terms of the product quality and very much concerned about satisfaction or
motivation of the employees.
(6.2) Recommendations:
Abul Khair Group is one of the nation’s fast-growing business conglomerates, engaged in
manufacturing & marketing of many diversified fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), such as
Condensed Milk, Powder Milk, Tea, Beverage, Snacks, Tobacco, Steel Products, Cement,
Ceramic & RMC etc. Today, it enjoys an ever-increasing number of satisfied & loyal customers
in both domestic & international markets. But there are some scopes where they need a little bit
improvement to over shine present method.
 HR policy of AKC needs to improve so that employees can be satisfied and feel secured
in doing job in the company. Job security, Satisfaction, Motivations increase the
productivity and lessen the accidental loss.
 They should do more market analysis by changing their marketing plan. They should
upgrade themselves with new trends. The number of Retail stores should increase so that
they should hire more qualified persons. They should know what international companies
are doing. They should do more marketing to let people know about them.
 With low investment they can reach their goal through e-business. So it is highly
recommended for them to give attention on e-business.
 They can develop a good IT division which will support them in all fields.
 Paper works need to be reduced and increase the computer skilled of the existing
employees to do the work more smoothly and faster. They should make sure the proper
utilization of the working time by increase the communication in and outside the
company.
 Company should increase need in terms of monthly salary, organizational environment
and culture, supervision style, training policy, transportation facility, target setting and
amount of TA & DA.
 The interior design of the office should to be changed to be able to compete with other
national and multinational company in this country and also it will motivate the
employees to work.
 There is a scope of improvement in the field of shop selection. Sometimes it was noticed
that some shops sell become low and some new shops are done very well in their
business’s department needs to recheck the enlisted shop six months later
chronologically. So that, new top selling shops are being included and not performing
shops are being removed.
 Marketing department should select those shops especially where the customer’s
movement is high and it is really difficult for a single person to cover the area tactfully.
So, team effort will be valuable in this concern for extracting accurate result.
By taking the necessary steps and actions to solve the above problems, further research is needed
for the company, which will include the whole employees of Abul Khair Group to identify the
effective and efficient policy, strategy and action.
