answer.
ANSWER 2

Based on the above question, I prefer to be the role of preparing preliminary estimates
of the schematic design to give an indication of the budget.

By giving an indication of the budget, the client may able to determine costs for
budget control.

This may help the client to managing the cost to make sure that the initial budget is
not exceeded.

Also, preliminary estimates will give an insight into the cost of the project before
detailed plans are drawn up.

Therefore, the preliminary estimates can help to increasing awareness of probable
costs, in order to gain early financial commitment.
