1. Introduction
This testing machine is according to IEC60335-1, GB2099.1, GB4706, GB7000 and
other standards for testing household and similar electrical appliances torque test,
and it designs for testing whether the power cord clamping device is firm or not. The
machine adopts the force generated by the torque motor to do tension test for the
power line of the sample. Considering the different position of
the electrical
products’ power line, the torque motor is mounted on a column of a movable sleeve
meanwhile the column is mounted on a base with four wheels. It is very convenient
because the working head can be adjusted for each direction.
