Then under Shipping and Returns Information, click Buy Shipping preferences. • On the right-hand side of Manage your ship-from locations, click + Add new address. • Add warehouse name and full address for all shipping locations. Include a contact email and phone number to all ship-from locations to ensure all eligible ship options surface when fulfilling orders. After adding location, hit Save, and then follow the same instructions to add remaining address. • Once all ship-from locations have been added, select default location. Buy Shipping Setting Buy Shipping Preferences 3 Buy Shipping How do I set ship-from location preferences? • If you’ll be sending a lot of the same package size, creating custom Package types will prevent you from having to type the same dimensions repeatedly when buying shipping. Click the Edit button to the right of Preferences for all ship-from locations and then select + Add new package under Package types to create a new custom package. Consider naming the package so you’ll remember what it’s for and then enter the dimensions. • If you include confirmation or insurance, change the status under Confirmation settings and Insurance settings. Insurance settings can be set for all of your shipments, or only for shipments over a defined package value. After setting each preference, hit Save. To add a carrier to your preferences, drag each carrier from right to left, in your order of prioritization. After setting your preferences, hit Save. • To exclude a carrier, don’t drag it into the Carrier prioritization box. This will be used to prioritize your available shipping methods in Buy Shipping. If you don’t have a preference, leave it as is. • Carrier prioritization is set to a specific Ship-from location, not all locations. The preferences will be applied only when you ship from the designated location. Tip: Updating carrier preferences will help us choose shipping services based on your preferred carriers. Note: All labels purchased through Buy Shipping will be credited to your carrier label volume.
