Provide a response framework that will meet Pio Duran Fire Station’s Fire Protection Commitment:
1. Response to fire incidents within the Seven (7) minutes standard response time;
2. Minimize fire loss/ economic loss, and
3. Prevent loss of lives and limbs (prevent injury or death)
