diabetes sa edad na 27. Mula noon, naging kabigan ko na si pareng
insulin dahil wa epek na sa akin ang metformin....
Ngayon ako ay 42 years old at nananatiling dabarkads ko pa rin si
pareng insulin...sa umaga at gabi...turok dito, turok doon...hanggang
dumating sa point na almost 1 1/2 months akong nasa bahay lang...di
na nakakapasok sa school, parating nakahiga dahil tinamaan na rin ng
vertigo...hinang-hina kahit katatapos lang kumain...
Dumating ang Jan. 1, 2018...habang kalakasan ng mga paputok ay
nagpunta ako sa rooftop namin at kinausap si Lord, “Ayaw ko na ng
ganitong buhay Lord! May panggastos at pambili ka ng gusto mo pero
mahinang mahina naman.”

Firstly, you didn’t accumulate all that excess fat and excess weight in
just 30 days, so don’t expect to lose that in a very short time.
