Virtual Assist is located in Los Angeles, California. We provide a modern approach to traditional staffing and Virtual Assistants. We provide services to small businesses, entrepreneurs and managers who do not have the space, equipment, funds or desire to hire a staff person full-tine, in house.
Who We Are
We provide instant access to 100s of skill sets at an affordable, competitive rate. Our unique business model is based on the need our founder saw for businesses to streamline their tasks and the vendors they work with – and to ultimately, make running (and growing) their businesses easier. ​
Our Background
The founder is a Canadian born Chinese living in Hong Kong since 2000. Prior to creating The Hong Kong Virtual Assistant she was an executive assistant to the Global Head of Securities Technology at Macquarie as well as the Chairman of Oasis Hong Kong Airlines. She was also personal assistant to the Chief Executive at Executive Access and Head of Business Administration for Hong Kong at Rice Search Partners, a boutique executive search firm. The founder has previously worked for a Hong Kong Family Office as executive assistant to the Managing Director and for a financial tech start up where she was responsible for HR and opening offices in four countries with staff of 23 at the height of operation.
Our team of VAs have over 10 years experience in various different areas of administrations and from different sectors. Most of all, we all enjoy what we do and help people fill in the administrative gap that SMEs and entrepreneurs are too busy for.

We charge by your project or weekly based on an hourly rate on how an agreed amount of hours your needs per day, per week or per month or a flat rate for projects. Any requests outside of these operating hours are charged as overtime at 1.5. Our mission is to help make your business successful.
