(OFF STREET PARKING PLACES) ORDER 2015
(AMENDMENT NO.1) ORDER 2018
The Council of the County of Wiltshire in exercise of its powers under Sections 32, 35 and
Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended (“the 1984
Act”) and the Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended (“the 2004 Act”) and of all other
enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with
Part III of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act hereby make the following Order.
1.
The County of Wiltshire (Northern Wiltshire) (Off Street Parking Places) Order
2015, (hereinafter referred to as “the Order of 2015”) shall be amended by:(a) The addition to Schedule 1 of the Order of 2015 of the off street parking
places specified in the Schedule to this Order.
2.
This Order shall come into operation on 11th June 2018 and may be cited as
