FALL PROTECTION SYSTEM AVAILABLE
Current implementation at site following the types of fall protection used:
Primary Protection: Scaffold platform, Guardrails system, Working Platform, Mobile Elevated Working Platform (MEWP), Scissor Lift,
Man lift.
Secondary Protection: Personnel Fall Arrest System such as Lifeline, Full body harness, Fall Restrainer, Retractable life line, Ropes
and strap, anchorage point.

All activity which required to be performed at height, PTW for Working at Height will be issued and approved. Before issuance of Permit,
all personnel shall be trained for WAH. Permit register or Log shall be maintained at all times. Validity of permit subject to criticality of the
activity/work perform.
