where teachers could share their personal materials and blogs. Which is indeed connecting all
teachers together.
Another advantage is it provides educational support materials foe SEN students and methods
teachers could implement. The website not only supports with materials but also helps with
infinite opportunities such as vocational training, scholarships, and worldwide job opportunities.
Furthermore it allows chance to communicate members online which is another way to build
teacher relationships thus proving opportunities to improve teaching and learning.

Disadvantages / difficulties or potential disadvantage / difficulties of
using this website as a teacher
Compared to the benefits of the website provides there are few disadvantes of using the website.
Firstly, the materials uploaded may not be by a professional teachers. Therefore it is very important as
teachers to be well aware of the professional or authors uploading the material. Secondly even though
some easy available materials are free downloadable, the payment procedure is bit complicated. Users
could pay online yet there are some threats and difficulties in the inline payment process. The website
allows to access Australian, United Kingdom and Unites states, but there is error in connecting tes online
services with Australia, and United States. Which means access to some regions is denied from the
owners of the website.
What is the area or part you liked most about this website
As a teacher I like the interesting materials, worksheets presentation, and teaching ideas shared by
teachers. And I also like the opportunities provided for teacher via vocational trainind.The most
interesting category which I likes is the materials uploaded for pecialeducation facilitatrs.the new fees is
also very useful and convinent to follow.I feel that tes is a one of the most interesting teacher
commonuity in the world
Part 2 -integration of Technology in teaching
The selected disability for the lesson suggested in Autism spectrum disorder. Autism spectrum disorder
(ASD) is a term for a group of developmental disorders described by: Lasting problems with social
communication and social interaction in different settings, Repetitive behaviors and/or not wanting any
change in daily routines (National Institute of medical, 2015). People with ASD can also have many
strengths and abilities.
People with ASD may:
• Have above-average intelligence
• Be able to learn things in detail and remember information for long periods of time
• Be strong visual and auditory learners
• Excel in math, science, music, and art (National Institute of medical, 2015).
Description of the selected student with Autism Spectrum Disorder
The selected child is highly attached with automobiles such as card, motorbikes, fishing vessels.
Aircrafts…Etc. He is very good with social relationships and loves to about others wellbeing. The child
also smells unusual things such as glue or whatever he is provided ranging from paper, socks, perfumes,
and food items.
He is identified weak in academic subjects especially English. He finds reading boring but loves to hear
stores when read by others. His concentration span is very short, he could sit at one task for three to
five minutes. After that he tends to gran others pencils and papers and smell them or pretends play with
materials.
