Face the paper with the short side towards you. Fold it in half away from you. 5. With a pair of scissors, cut the middle line to the center of the paper. 2. Fold the paper away from you once more. 3. Turn the folded paper with the tall side facing you. Fold once more. 6. Open the paper all the way - should look like this. Fold in half here from right to left 7. Hold on the left and right side and push them toward each other 4. Unfold the paper two times. Have the longer and folded end pointing towards you.
