Dead rats, saw dust, and other unpleasantries found in meat packaging, causing outrage
among citizens. President Roosevelt retaliates by creating the Meat Inspection Act, so all
meat packaging plants must be inspected and held to a certain quality. President Roosevelt
also created the Pure Food & Drug Act so all foods and drugs come with a label.
