Explicit feedback, show them where/how/why it ties into the work. Keep it simple.
Show them the process, model the feedback, integrate feedback into their work, go through it with
them.
Don’t overload them with too much feedback, keep it pertinent, not too much at once
Don’t forget to give positive feedback also, not just negative. Use the compliment sandwich model.
